Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how BLUE BOAT LTDA collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal data relating to the website, purchases, software licenses and technical support.

- MetaTrader 5 account, broker and server details and information needed to activate the license;

- messages, support requests, service history and files submitted voluntarily;
- IP address, browser, device, access logs, language, and navigation date and time;
- technical and security information needed for authentication, fraud prevention and license protection;

BLUEBOAT does not directly request or store full card numbers, security codes or online banking credentials. Those data are processed by the payment provider.

BLUEBOAT does not sell personal data. Service providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy notices and applicable contracts.

Some providers may store or process data outside Brazil. Where an international transfer occurs, BLUEBOAT will seek to use trustworthy providers and mechanisms compatible with applicable law, together with contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk.
