Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.

How to exercise the right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform BLUE BOAT LTDA by an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

For contracts concluded through our online interface, you can submit a withdrawal declaration electronically using our online withdrawal function.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, payments received for the withdrawn contract will be refunded in accordance with applicable law, generally without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal declaration.

Unless otherwise agreed without cost to you, repayment is generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Early loss of the withdrawal right for digital content

BlueBoat software is supplied digitally. For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may expire before the end of the 14-day period where the statutory requirements are met.

1. BLUE BOAT LTDA has begun performance;
2. you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired;
3. you acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right once performance begins following that consent; and
4. the legally required contract confirmation, including those declarations, was provided on a durable medium.
